1. No Cancellation After Payment

Once payment is successfully made for any weight loss challenge, program, course, webinar, consultation, or digital product, cancellation is not permitted and no refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Transferable

Payments made for a specific program or session are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person or to a future batch.

3. Exceptions (If Any)

In rare and exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment

• Payment failure with deduction

• Technical error on our part

We will review your request and may issue a refund or corrective access after verification. Please email us at [guruashaashta@gmail.com] with proof of payment and a detailed explanation within 48 hours of the issue.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a session, program, or service, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp and offer:

• An alternate date or batch, or

• Full refund if the service is cancelled entirely by us
