    • Fri-     Aerobics

FEES

  • ANY 1 SESSION

    • 1 Month​-      ₹ 1,999.00   

    • 3 Months-    ₹ 4,999.00

  • ALL SESSIONS

    • 1 Month​-      ₹ 2,999.00   

    • 3 Months-    ₹ 5,999.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Sessions are Conducted Monday to Friday​

  2. The Fee is on a Calendar Months Basis

  3. The Fee is NOT on Date to Date to Basis

  4. 18 Sessions are assured in a Calendar

  5. Generally, There is a Trainer Schedule

  6. But sometimes the Trainers can be changed

  7. Sessions are NOT held on Office Holidays

  8. Sometimes, the Sessions can be Cancelled at the Last Moment due to Technical Issues

  9. OR due to an Urgency with the Scheduled Trainer

  10. In Case, the Sessions are Discontinued permanently from our side, due to whatever reasons, the proportionate amount of the Fees (minus the GST amount on the full amount paid) will be refunded

  11. Otherwise, the Fee paid is NOT Refundable and NOT Transferable

  12. The Sessions can not be Frozen or Adjusted or Carried Forward.

  13. Although the Morning 06:30 AM Sessions are generally taken by Guru Asha Ashta BUT in case of her prior engagement and or other personal or professional requirement then in such a situation another trainer will take such session(s) .OR. It (these) may be completely cancelled with prior information.

  14. The Sessions are to be attended LIVE. 

  15. Recording OR Link of the Recording will NOT be provided.

  16. Exclusive Jurisdiction:  Any matter or issues arising in these Sessions or any dispute in these Sessions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Mumbai.  .
